As a firm, we have had many discussions about BAME and Black Lives Matter and how we can make a difference to the movement. We wanted to do more than just put out a statement of support - we wanted to take substantive action to address the inequalities faced by Black people and other ethnic minorities. Donna Cummings is a Senior Graduate Recruiter at Accenture. Accenture is a leading global professional services company, providing a broad range of services and solutions in strategy, consulting, technology and operations. Donna is responsible for the recruitment of talent for our graduate roles in Innovation and Technology Engineering (DevOps, digital technologies and cloud infrastructure) and Information Security (cyber and threat intelligence, cyber defense and managed security applications). She is also the co-lead for our diversity drives covering ethnicity, gender and social mobility alongside being on the committee for our award winning African & Caribbean Network.
